About Us

Rob graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Upon starting his career, Rob worked for a CPA firm, developing his knowledge and skills in the field. In 1991, Rob opened his own practice. He is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals, The Rotary Club of Newton, and is a Quickbooks Professional Advisor. When working, Rob does share his time between the Andover and Mountain Lakes offices.

Rob is a proud husband, father of two kids, and is local to the Sussex County area. He is active in the local community and has spent a good deal of time as a coach and board member for the Lackawanna Little League Team. In his free time, he enjoys skiing and golfing. 

Lauren graduated from Pace University with her Associates in Accounting. Lauren has been in the field for 13 years and was a bookkeeper for a construction company before joining the team at Rhine and Company! Lauren specializes in bookkeeping and write-up work for our business clients and assists with tax preparation, tax resolution, accounting, and non-profit work.

Lauren has been married for over 20 years and is the proud mom of two boys. She is local to the Sussex County area.

Diane graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Science degree and has worked in the accounting field for 30 years.  Diane has been with Rhine and Company since 1996 and manages the daily operation of our Mountain Lakes location. 

Diane lives with her husband and has two kids and three beautiful grandchildren. Diane is active in the community and really enjoys volunteering for her church and town. 

Felicia graduated from Centenary University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Upon graduating, Felicia worked in various managerial positions before joining the Rhine and Company team in 2021.  Felicia is responsible for managing the daily operation of our Andover location. 

Felicia is local to the Sussex County area and lives with her husband, son and fur-baby. In her spare time, Felicia enjoys hiking, crafting and making memories with her family.
